The Environmental Law Organization is a student-ran organization at the University of Tennessee College of Law. We are dedicated to providing students and attorneys with learning opportunities and leadership experiences. Join our network of future leaders.

Inspiration
Our members understand that we only have one planet, and we want to be the generation that reverses decades of environmental destruction. From public policy to grassroots initiatives, we are committed to bringing about positive change, both locally and nationally.

Strategy
We want to cultivate a generation of environmental advocates by creating an inclusive community that fosters personal and professional growth . Our members attend educational seminars, participate in regional conferences, and bring new learning opportunities to the greater Knoxville Community by hosting CLE’s.

Focus
Our organization focuses on environmental justice, protestor’s rights, land use, conservation projects, food and agriculture law, energy law, toxic torts, public policy, and federal lands.
